Phonak pediatric hearing instruments are designed with special safety features to protect small children while ensuring optimal performance putting parents and caregivers at ease.

Stick‘n Stay

The double sided bio-compatible sticker, is a safe, effective and proven method to keep hearing instruments behind children‘s ears.

Secure’n Stay

Developed for active children, 6 years and older, Secure ’n Stay keeps the hearing instrument securely in place. Easily put on, it allows for maximum comfort without restricting access to all manual controls.

The Junior Care Kits

These kits consist of accessories which can extend a hearing aid’s life expectancy and provide for long-term trouble-free functioning. For younger children, the Kid Bag will provide playful extras while older children will prefer the discreet design of the Teen Bag. Both models have adjustable/removable shoulder straps.  more

Tamperproof solution

The unique and effective approach to a tamperproof solution keeps the battery securely in place, while allowing the hearing instrument to be turned on and off without the use of a tool. This is an essential feature that protects the child from inadvertently swallowing the battery. Until at least 3 years of age children should wear instruments that have this feature.

The optional Volume Control Lock ensures that the volume is not changed inadvertently by the child. Adult caregivers however, can make volume changes easily without any special tool if necessary.
