This symposium is a place to learn, network, and connect with a community of professionals who serve those who are deaf and hearing of hearing to ensure speech and language development. Topics include: supporting families who face challenges in addition to hearing loss – such as language and cultural differences, geographical displacement from high-quality services, integrating students into mainstreamed classrooms, rehabilitation and working with children who have multiple disabilities.

AVT & Christine Rocca, MMT, MA, PGCE, TOD talking about re/habilitation and available resources to support speech and language development in infants & children.
