The myPhonak  app enables to use Remote Support, Hearing Diary and Remote Control. Your clients and a partner can perform tasks to learn more about their hearing aid in order to become more accustomed to the device in different listening environments. With a Remote Support session you can exchange feedback on usage of the hearing aids, as well as remotely fine tune the Programs as needed.

The new Hearing Screener version offers new features for lead generation and marketing campaigns as well as left and right ear measurement and a more detailed report. In addition, you can integrate it into your own websites. The Hearing Screener Dashboard on Phonakpro.com will show the hearing loss thresholds in a report.
