Hearing Diary allows your clients to perform tasks, capture feedback and share information about their hearing aid satisfaction and usage data with you via the myPhonak app.

The web-based Client Dashboard allows you to create tasks and set goals. It also provides a visual of the tasks as well as an overview of client satisfaction and issues. This allows you to quickly identify, react and assist clients to improve their satisfaction.

    

 

Hearing Diary is easy-to-use within the myPhonak app. It allows your clients to stay connected to you and provides you with valuable insights to identify, react and assist with their hearing needs.
