Leighton joined Phonak in March 2008 with a service delivery background from the Travel Industry, both based in the UK and Overseas.

He has a passion for helping people and driving to achieve the best possible results.

Phonak Tech Support Staff

Darren joined Phonak in June 2016 with an Audiology FdSc from Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge.

He has experience in both NHS and private sectors before joining the Phonak team. Darren is part of a team that offers e mail and telephone support for hearing aid fittings, accessories and software issues.

Emma joined Phonak in February 1999 with experience in Customer Service, Reception and Purchase Ledger.

Her role is to tend to customers seeking her help, and delivering the best possible outcome.

Christina joined Phonak in September 2015 with an Audiology BSc from University of Bristol.

She has experience working as an Audiologist within both public and private sectors within Phonak.

Liz joined Phonak in May 2013 with an Audiology BSc from Manchester University and history in Paediatric Audiology prior to joining Phonak.

Liz is part of a team that offers email and telephone support for hearing aid fittings, accessories and software issues.
