I have been in a Service role her entire career. My previous experience of being a business owner and supporting Manager in other fields, contributes to my compassionate, creative problem solving, and communication skills. My inner drive and passion are of genuine concern to care for people.
Fun fact about me is, I am an Advanced Brown belt in Kung Fu.
I began my career at Phonak in 2011 as a Customer Service Rep-II for the School Desk team. Due to my positive and proactive work ethic I earned the promotion to CSIII for the School Desk/EOE role in 2016. My knowledge and leadership skill set has been an invaluable asset to the School Desk, EOE and most recently the Costco/Lyric team agents. In addition, I take the lead in engagement activities and am currently a member of both the Culture Club and the Lunch and Learn Committee.
Fun fact about me is, I have an identical twin sister that also works for Phonak. When I am not at Phonak, I am enjoying time with my 3 daughters, who are ages 16, 11, and 4.
