Roger™ microphones

Speech intelligibility is key for effective communication. Factors that affect speech intelligibility, include background noise level, distance from the speaker, acoustics of the environment and reverberation. Social distancing practices, which require a 2 meter separation between individuals, create additional challenges to communicate for someone with hearing loss.

This is where Roger comes in to boost hearing aid performance. Roger microphones have been developed to reduce background noise or distance and transmit the speaker’s voice directly to hearing aids, cochlear implant sound processors or BAHAs.
