Q: Is Phonak Baseo Q compatible with Roger receivers?
A: Yes. Only Baseo Q15-UP hearing aids are compatible with the universal Roger X receiver with an Audio Shoe AS10.
Q: Is Phonak Baseo Q compatible with Phonak wireless accessories?
A: By adding a Roger receiver to the Phonak Baseo Q15 hearing aid it becomes compatible with all Roger microphones.
Other Phonak wireless accessories are not compatible with Phonak Baseo Q15.
Q: Does Phonak Baseo Q have a TV and/or Phone option?
A: No.
If TV and/or Phone options are important to your client, we recommend choosing a Phonak hearing aid with performance level 30 or higher.
Q: Does Phonak Baseo Q have Telecoil?
A: Yes, only with Baseo Q15.
Q: Which version of the Phonak Target software can be used to fit Baseo Q?
A: Phonak Target 5.0 or higher.
Q: What fitting device can be used for Phonak Baseo Q?
A: Compatible fitting interfaces: NOAHLink or HI-PRO2.
Q: Can Phonak Baseo Q be fitted wirelessly with iCube?
A: No, Baseo Q cannot be fitted wirelessly.
Q: Is Phonak Baseo Q water resistant?
A: Yes, Baseo Q is IP57 water resistant and dust protected.
Q: Does Phonak Baseo Q have direct audio input?
A: Yes, only with Baseo Q15-UP. Please use the optional Audio Shoe AS10.
Q: Is Phonak Baseo Q CROS compatible
A: Baseo Q is not compatible with the wireless CROS. To use the wireless Phonak CROS, fit your client with a Phonak hearing aid performance level 30 or above.
