Call for Posters

We invite and encourage you to actively contribute to this year’s conference! A virtual poster session Sunday March 28 (4.15 pm EST) provides an excellent opportunity to present and discuss your latest research results. Our virtual conference platform will provide an exhibition area for your poster as well as a live Q&A to answer the attendees questions. We are looking for studies especially clinical studies that relates to hearing care in the pediatric area.

Poster submission deadline is: March 15, 2021
Abstracts should be submitted electronically (.doc & .pdf) to the following email address: phonak.conference@phonak.com
Please include in subject line: ‘Call for posters’

Editorial guidelines for the abstract submission
Abstracts and posters must be written in English. Please provide an abstract of maximum 200 words (excluding the title and authors’ names). The abstract should state clearly the background, aims, methods, results and conclusions of the study.

Please copy and paste the following into a Word document. Complete the information on your poster presentation and send it as an email attachment, along with separate PDF attachment containing your abstract!

Evaluation and publishing

Evaluation of abstracts and selection for the poster session will be made by the scientific steering committee of the conference. No more than three submissions can be made by any one person as first author. Contributors will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract before the conference. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of their submission.

Guidelines for poster presentation

Posters presenters are asked to provide their posters in a high resolution pdf format that we can upload it on the virtual event platform. You must also add a short video (max 2-3 min) to present and explain your poster. You are requested to be online during the scheduled poster sessions on Sunday, March 28, from 4:15 pm until 5:15 pm (EST).
